Lush Heat Treatment is an independent company. Established in 1952, we specialise in Vacuum processing and brazing for clients across the Aerospace, Defence, Space, Power and Commercial sectors.

Operating from our Hatfield site since 1957, we are able to offer treatments for a wide range of materials and applications. Our continuous investment in the latest plant and equipment means we can provide a fast flexible response to demands, allowing us to support short lead times for critical components, breakdowns and A.O.G. emergencies, and still deliver production work on schedule.

Our focus over the last 60 years has always been quality above all. This commitment to service has underpinned our relationships with clients, many of whom continue to depend on us decades later. Our small, highly qualified and experienced staff allows us to provide close support to clients and ‘hands on’ contact with every component. We hold approvals and accreditations from many leading companies and regulatory bodies.
